60. Access to computerized data

(1) The Registrar conducting a search under section 58 or 59 shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise.

(2) For the purposes of this section, "access"-

(a) includes being provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware and any other means required to enable comprehension of computerized data; and (b) has the meaning assigned to it by subsections 2(2) and (5) of the computer crimes Act 1997[Act 563].
